How can I book a home SURVEY?

​That is really easy. You can use our booking system which you can access on the let's talk page or if you would prefer you can give us a call, email, message via text, WhatsApp or our social media channels.

hOW LONG DOES A HOME SURVEY TAKE?

​Bedroom surveys usually only take 30 minutes to an hour. 

We aim for 1 hour for a kitchen survey, but we regularly go over that. The kitchen is such a pivotal space, and it is so important to get as much story of the space as possible on that first visit. Taking the sizes of the room is just a small part of a very big picture.

aRE YOUr HOME SURVEYS FREE?

​We provide free home surveys which include the initial visit, concept design and a written quote which we will go through at the showroom.

Armed with a design and an idea of costings we hope that you have the confidence to proceed further with the project. 

wHAT bRANDS DO YOU OFFER?

​We offer and install Second Nature doors, but our cabinets are custom made to fit our customers’ needs. We also specialize in market leading brands like Bora Vented hobs, Quooker boiling hot water taps, and Smeg appliances. As well as market leaders in the world of composite sinks with Schock and 1810 which are second to none when it comes to stainless steel sinks.

wHAT IS YOUR LEAD TIME?

​Our lead time is seasonal, but on average this is a minimum of 6 weeks.

wHAT AR​E YOUr PAYMENT METHODS?

​We accept payment via bank transfer. We do not provide finance.

wHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?

​We are very open and honest about our payment terms from the very beginning of your journey with us.

• 5%  on ordering, which secures the date of installation. All trades are booked in at this point.
  
• 60% 6 weeks prior to installation date. At this stage we order all appliances, doors, accessories and cabinets.
  
• 30% 1 week prior to installation date.
  
• 5% on completion.
